Often Contract administration and management is overlooked in projects due to different reasons such as limited resources and budget concerns. However, better contract administration is necessary for successful project completion within the established budget and time frame.
This 2-day masterclass covered the key aspects of contract management in projects that ensure project delivery within the stipulated goals. Course content also included claim management, negotiation, and managing disputes which are valuable for any project.

These are some photos from the masterclass held on February 21st-22nd 2023 in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The delegates were active during the sessions with experience sharing, discussions, and case study activities.
Among the delegates,52.6% rated the course as ‘Excellent’ while the remaining percentage rated it as ‘Good’. For the facilitator’s knowledge and presentation style, over 50% of participants rated as ‘ Excellent’ while the remaining rated as ‘Good’. Therefore, overall it was another masterclass in that I could deliver valuable content interestingly keeping the class active for 2 days. 🙂
